When the heat exchange area reaches 450㎡ with a diameter of up to 4 meters, such large-scale spiral plate heat exchangers provide enhanced heat transfer capacity, meeting the demands of high-flow, high-temperature, and high-pressure conditions.
However, while we have the capability to manufacture spiral plate heat exchangers exceeding 4 meters in diameter, we strongly recommend keeping the diameter below 1.8 meters for better transport, installation, and maintenance feasibility. A smaller diameter ensures greater stability, reduces installation challenges, and optimizes operational costs and lifespan.
